Positions in particle physics open - two PhD students and a postdoc
Published Mar 15, 2024
We're recruiting two new PhD students and a postdoc to join our division to work in particle physics - one PhD student for theory, and one PhD student and a postdoc in experimental activities!
We welcome applications from curious and driven candidates who want to join our division and be part of the Oskar Klein Centre research environment. Please see the below links for more information about the positions:
- PhD student in Theoretical Particle Physics , with focus on physics beyond the Standard Model, in particular connected to neutrino oscillations and dark matter (contact: Sandhya Choubey , deadline March 28)
- PhD student in Experimental Particle Physics , with focus on the ATLAS experiment at CERN , in particular on searches for new long-lived particles beyond the Standard Model, and possibilities to contribute to the High-Granularity Timing Detector we are contributing to building for ATLAS at the HL-LHC (contact: Christian Ohm , deadline March 28)
- Postdoc in Experimental Particle Physics with focus on ATLAS, to work on Higgs-related BSM searches and data analysis geared towards di-Higgs studies and possibilities to contribute to the High-Granularity Timing Detector project for HL-LHC (contact: Jonas Strandberg , deadline April 22)
